How does this work?
Having a personal or private chef is easy. Each situation is a bit different so some things may vary but the basics are the same
1) I send you a menu with meal options, and you choose what you would like
2) Meals are cooked in your home, packaged and stored for you with instructions on how to reheat
What kind of equipment do I need to have for onsite cooking?
The basics, pots and pans, stove and oven, spoons or spatulas.
Typically how long does it take you to make a meal?
It usually takes me 2-4.5 hours, from start to finish, including cleanup.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Meals are packaged in your containers.
What kind of ingredients do you use?
I believe in using locally sourced, organic, whole, fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Where do you source your ingredients?
I hand select 90% of the ingredients I use from our local farmer and the Brighton Farmers Market, 10 % come from local grocery stores
How long will my meal last in the refrigerator?
Leftovers and your meals will last up to 5 days in the refrigerator
What is included in the price?
The price is separated into 2 parts; Food Cost & Labor Costs
How would we pay?
I accept cash, check and automatic transfers through Venmo.
