In Home Cooking Classes
Want to learn more about cooking? Not sure what to do with all those veggies from the farmers market? Testing out a new diet or lifestyle, but have no clue where to start? Well, you are in luck!
In home cooking classes, are hands on cooking classes done in the comfort of your own kitchen. Either solo or in a small group, we can execute your seasonal one of a kind menu. Learning different cooking techniques and using a variety of flavors, these classes are fun for everyone.
A demonstration class is a great option for groups of people who want to learn about cooking healthy whole-food plant-based meals, while enjoying the company of friends or family. During this experience I will prepare a seasonal custom menu, demonstrate different cooking techniques and discuss the basic quality of ingredients.
